Have you heard the big news???  Silver Lining has a new facility and will be moving April 1st!  God’s timing is always perfect, and after a long wait and a lot of searching different options, the perfect opportunity came about.  Our current facility has been our home for over 4 years and we have seen so much wonderful growth and made so many great memories in that time.  I am eternally grateful to Yvonne for sharing her farm with us for the past few years and for all that being there has afforded us.  That being said, I could not be more excited about this move!!!  It is no secret that we are bursting at the seams, and struggling to work through the mud.  Isn’t Winter a beautiful thing…?  Next Winter will likely be as cold and rainy, but hopefully it won’t cause us nearly as many headaches.

The new facility is a major upgrade for all of us!  The barn has 23 stalls, hot/cold wash rack, full service restroom, tack room, feed room, and multiple cross tie areas.  We will have plenty of turnout and (maybe the best part) lots of places to ride!  Most notably, there is a large arena with good sand footing, a full course of jumps, and lights!  There is also a dressage arena, a large round pen, and a cross country field including ditches, banks, and a variety of solid fences (which we will be adding to).  We will also have access to trails and pastures for hacking.

Our amazing landlord and barn owner is David Adams.  He has run this facility as “High Point Farm” for the past few years and is really excited about having us join him and the boarders who are already at High Point.  I’m sure you will all get to know David as he is a very friendly and hands-on barn owner who will be helping me keep up with fencing, mowing, etc.

If you haven’t signed up for Summer Camps yet, GET YOUR FORMS IN!!!  With this new facility to play with, camp is going to be completely different and better than ever this year!  No Silver Lining student is too old or too advanced to participate in camp.  It’s going to be a fun year!

LOCATION:
The new farm is just a few minutes off of the interstate at exit 51.  It is also easily accessible from Hamilton Rd for our Moore’s Mill residents.
